While addressing a public rally, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh made a big claim alleging that the Congress did not build roads on the India and China border because they were afraid that the Chinese would enter India. Addressing a public meeting, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, “Once, the Congress was asked to make roads and Helipad at the India-China border so that our soldiers could travel to the border. The Congress replied that if we build roads and helipads at the India-China border, then what if China enters India and lands their helicopter on our Helipad? The Congress was this scared. China was building roads, helipads, airports and houses on its side. Our Prime Minister resolved that if China is building all those things on its side, then we will also do the same on our side. And today, all of that is happening.”
